We require approximately 3 x 3 metres in order to play. A well-lit area preferably and four armless chairs.

For short bookings of up to two hours we do not require to take a break. For bookings longer than two hours we normally take a short 15 minutes break at a convenient time for you.

If one of the quartet members is unable to play at your event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we would replace him or her with another professional player who is known to us and knows our repertoire. The highest quality standard of the quartet would be maintained and your event would not be affected.

We are happy to play outside. However we do require some kind of cover/Gazebo to protect our instruments from direct sunlight. Please let us know in advance.

After playing at the church we are very efficient at changing venue. We will be ready to play for the guests as they arrive for the drink reception.
